Fractionalyse is an English-language web app for fractional executives in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Pricing is in US dollars. You use it in the browser; there is no regional install.

Which tools can I connect?

Slack, Asana, Jira Cloud, and Notion, plus an email bridge. Each connection is read-only and belongs to one client. Tools named on the roadmap, such as Microsoft Teams, stay unconnected until they ship.

Will it change anything in a client's tools?

No. Fractionalyse does not post, send, edit, create, comment, or delete in Slack, Asana, Jira, or Notion. When you need to reply or update work, you do that in the original tool.

How does email show up?

There is no inbox connection. You or your client forward mail to a per-client address, which works with Gmail, Outlook, and other providers. Signing in with Google only authenticates your Fractionalyse account. It does not read a mailbox.

Are my clients kept separate?

Yes. You choose which workspace each tool connects to. Activity from two clients is not combined in the feed, in an AI prompt, in search, or in an Ask session.

What does the feed show?

Slack, forwarded email, Asana tasks, Jira issues, and the Notion pages you select land in one stream, marked by client. AI urgency scoring lifts what needs attention. Open the source item when you need the original.

What is a Catch Me Up digest?

A digest summarizes what happened for a client so you can restart an engagement without rereading every thread. You can read it in the product and, if you turn it on, receive it by email. Digest preferences live in Settings.

What is Client Memory?

Client Memory keeps prior context for a client after the live feed ages out. You can search it and ask questions, with citations back to that client's material.

Who gets Client Memory?

Pro and Agency include Client Memory while the subscription is active. Free includes a 14-day Memory trial that starts when your portfolio is active — at least two clients, each with at least one integration. Solo includes a one-time 30-day Memory trial that starts at Solo checkout. Temporary Memory on an account is capped at about 45 days in total. After a trial ends, search, Ask, and new indexing pause. Stored knowledge stays until you purge the connection or delete the client.

How long is activity kept?

Feed items are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Client Memory stays until you delete the client or purge the connection, unless it has to be removed sooner for a legal or security reason.

Does the demo use my accounts?

The public demo uses fictional sample data. It does not connect your tools or read your clients' workspaces.

Do you train AI on my clients' content?

No. We do not train our own foundation models on your content, and we do not sell it for model training. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as help with triage and recall, and check the source before you act.

How is client data protected?

Connection tokens are encrypted, traffic is encrypted, and each client's data stays with the account that connected it. The Security page is the write-up you can forward to a client's IT team.

How do I remove data?

In the product you can disconnect an integration and purge what it ingested, delete a client workspace, or delete your account in Settings. You can also email support@fractionalyse.com.
